Two things I was surprised about people not knowing: 1. Make sure you heat the marinade at high temperature. 2. Don’t reuse the plate that had the marinade in it. I have seen people put marinated meat on a grill then put it back on the same plate.
Recipe
Chicken Thighs (bone-in/skin-on)
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Rice vinegar
2 tsp Minced/chopped garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Sesame oil
1/4 tsp White pepper
*add 4-5 tbsp of marinade to the chicken thighs before adding honey*
3 tbsp Honey
Salt & black pepper (to taste/optional)
Starch slurry: 1 tsp arrowroot starch + 1 tbsp water
Other ingredients:
Jasmine rice
Broccoli
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Airfry chicken at 390-400 for 12 minutes, flip and airfry for an additional 12-15 minutes*
This was way to much rice vinegar in my opinion…I loved chicken teriyaki so I’m always trying new recipes but I wouldn’t add that much vinegar next time I’d do 1-2 tbsp and add chicken stock or more soy sauce if I needed a larger amount
What camera is she using ????
Can this be done without chicken thighs? I find i sometimes have issues with texture of chicken thighs
How do you keep the chicken skin from sticking?
Why bone in? Could you just get boneless if it has skin on it still or is there another reason to do that?
Looks so good! I need it
Its looking aesthetic

I like your recipes
it was sooooooo good . unexplainat long time after i’ve eaten good food. and trust me it was really easy to make
You are brilliant!
Can flour be used instead of the slurry?
Gota call bs on the 24 mins at 400 in the air fryer, that would be burnt to shit. Just did 12 mins at 360 and it is over done.
delicious
Isn’t it better to remove the bone after cicken has been in the airfryer? It’ll slip right out and will be juicer.
