  1. As always, something very innovative out of nothing. Love to see your creations Eva. You inspire. Tfs x

  2. oh Eva you are so talented I love how you can take something so simple as toilet roll and make some thing so creative you are a true genius thank you for sharing with us I love every thing you do big hugs

  3. I love it, made it and now I am wondering what do I do with it? It is a bit big to put in an album. I could see making a mini journal to put in there and throw in your purse for something but what did you have in mind when you created this please.

  4. Also…
IF you want these to FEEL like Real Leather…
Put CLEAR SHOE WAX on it… Shines it up and FEELS like Leather.

  5. Loved the video, tell me about your distressing cube, I looked but can’t find your video on them? Can you tell me how to purchase. Thanks Barbara in Haines City, Fl.

  6. The boxes look great, and it’s a very cool way to use stamps. Is it just for the fun of crafting them, decorative purposes or do you use them to store something? the boxes are very small

  7. Great ideas! Very cute little boxes. You might be able to use paper towel rolls cut down also. I don’t have very many stamps but a few carefully chosen stamps would be perfect. I just might try them. Thank you for this delightful craft idea!

  8. What lovely little boxes! Wow. Done to creative perfection! As one of your subscribers, I went to your home page to search for a video on your distressing block, but couldn’t find one. Have you done one? Could you please add a link in here for where you purchase the blocks from and what they are called please. I am so over the foam ones that break apart so quickly!. Thank you :).

  9. Oh Eva, your boxes are lovely. Two thoughts I had while watching you create them is if you made little inserts or of wood or some other sized material to hold the box’s shape and used potato chip bag clips or clothes pins, you could have a few boxes in progress while the glue dries. These are fabulous boxes that look wonderful and will be so fun for people to display or use to put other gifts or creations inside of.
    Excellent
    Thank you

  10. Such happy and lucky chance that brought me to your video. lol I was torn between watching your video and wanting to see what else you create. ❤

  11. These are impressive and I’m inspired, now to start saving the rolls instead of giving them to the cat! Subbed and liked, great job.

  12. Gah! These are *amazing*. So many of your videos are on projects that no one else seems to be thinking of or new approaches to “old” projects that no one else is talking about. These are soooo cool!

  13. Wow! These are fantastic. I like how carefully you showed your steps. I have not bought as many stamps as you have; I live in a very small space. Thank you so much for this fun project. ❤

  14. Thank you for this video. So glad YouTube recommended it.
What was the ‘cube’ you used to apply the ink to the boxes? 👍🏼

  15. These are very cute little boxes. Such a genius idea to look at a toilet paper roll and come up with this.

  16. These are great! If I could do one thing differently, I would use some of that brown ink on the string as well to help it match the distressing on the box.

  17. I love these little boxes, Eva! So many possibilities! You could even stamp them with holiday stamps and hang them on your tree. I can’t wait to make them–thank you!

  18. Your work is amazing! I have been saving toilet paper rolls for a while. Ha! Ha! I still remember my grandfather, when he was still around. He would gift us kids little boxes similar to these filled with candied cigarettes. He created the little boxes but never knew how he did it until today.

Also, I love the idea of changing up the look of the mini boxes afterwards. It reminds me of the reuse of old newspaper clippings. Whenever I’m stuck on a project. I go to the library, look up old articles, and have the guys or the women print them out for me. Once at home I age up the paper and use the whole page or small clippings for journaling, arts and crafts or gifting ideas.

Have you tried using pastels for colouring the boxes or just the inking? I might try both pastel crayons and the ink process. I will keep you updated. Will follow you on Instagram. Have a lovely day!

  19. Thank you so much Eva, I’ve watched this again, because I’m going to try this out and make some for holding money gifts for my kids and grandkids tooxxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤❤❤

  20. Another fabulous video thank you Eva. Absolutely wonderful.
I must ask you tho, what wa sthe cube ypu ised for the inking. It looks like a square of wax. What is the cube? please. Ive never seen aging done so easily and precisely. Usually every tool ive used leaves way to much ink in one place. That tool was fantastic. Please share what it is you used😊

  21. Im here watching ❤I really enjoyed watching you make these boxes out of toilet paper rolls❤
